    Technical Maintenance Department Manager

    Job Description

    Due to company expansion, we are looking for a technical maintenance department manager.

    Our fleet consists of MERCEDES BENZ, MAN, and VOLVO trucks (refrigerated and curtain-sided trailers).

    Responsibilities

    • Managing vehicle documentation, representing the company at Regitra and the Lithuanian Transport Safety Administration;
    • Organizing technical maintenance for trucks and trailers;
    • Communicating with transport managers and drivers regarding vehicle breakdowns and repairs;
    • Coordinating and organizing repairs both in Lithuania and abroad;
    • Entering data into internal systems.

    Candidate Requirements

    • Fluent communication in English and Russian;
    • Understanding of truck and trailer technical maintenance;
    • Category B driver’s license;
    • Attention to detail, responsibility, and integrity.

    Advantages
