October 9, 2025 — UAB Agrologistika participated in the KU Career Fair: meeting young talents.
One of Lithuania’s strongest companies in the logistics sector, UAB Agrologistika, took part in the Klaipėda University Career Fair held in early October. The company actively engaged in the event to present its activities, introduce students to career opportunities, and establish connections with young professionals.
The career fair attracted hundreds of students from various KU faculties as well as pupils from schools in Klaipėda city and district, and Agrologistika’s booth received considerable attention—from students studying logistics, management, and economics to those in information technology. Company representatives shared insights on current issues in the logistics sector, presented internship programs, available job positions, and opportunities for career growth within the company.
“We believe that cooperation with the university is mutually beneficial. We can offer students real work-environment experience, and we have the opportunity to discover motivated, creative young people who could become part of our team,” said Agrologistika’s Senior HR Manager Justina Udraitė-Mauricė.
Individual interviews were held during the event with students interested in internship opportunities and searching for their first jobs.
Agrologistika plans to continue actively cooperating with higher education institutions, contributing to youth professional development and encouraging their involvement in the logistics.
